Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers optional premium purchases on Cockroach Janta Party, processed via Razorpay.

What you're buying

Premium tiers (starting from ₹49) unlock cosmetic, digital-only perks on your satirical member card — such as special borders, designations and higher-resolution downloads. These are digital goods delivered instantly to your card.

Delivery

Premium benefits are applied to your card immediately after a successful payment is confirmed by Razorpay. There is no physical product and no shipping for premium tiers.

Refunds

Because premium perks are digital and delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable once the benefit is applied. However, we want this to be fair:

  • If you were charged but the premium benefit was NOT applied (a failed or duplicate transaction), email support@cockroachparty.live within 7 days with your payment reference and we will verify and refund eligible amounts.
  • If you were charged more than once for the same upgrade, the extra charge(s) will be refunded.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (timing depends on your bank/Razorpay).

Cancellation

Premium upgrades are one-time purchases — there is no recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You will not be charged again unless you make a new purchase.

Merchandise

Any physical merchandise is produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Returns, replacements and shipping for merchandise are handled under that partner's policies shown at checkout.
